Since I was never very interested in the sci-fi shows, I decided to choose Dollhouse as my priority just because it has more stories in it and does not have many giant scientific types of equipment.
I started to watch the first episode of Dollhouse Season One and just to get the hold of what the show is about. I have to say that I was amazed about how people’s mind could be wiped away so easily and they could be put any memories in their brains. Echo just has to sit on the chair and it takes two minutes to make her forget everything she remembered. As a matter of fact, I feel bad for those girls who could have enjoyed their wonderful life but now were chosen to join the Dollhouse instead. I could not imagine what the world is going to be like if the memory-wiping technology is commonly seen. People would use this technology to get everything they want like money, fame, pride etc. It is sad and frightful to know that any person could lose memory in any second and suddenly could turn into a kid with a blank brain. When I saw the expression on Echo’s face after she received the treatment, she acted exactly like a kid which just makes people feel sorry.
I still have no idea whether the Dollhouse supposed to do more good to people or not. They are trying to take advantage of the new science and technology and go against human nature, however, what Adelle ( the boss of Dollhouse) claimed is that she is trying to do other people a favor. We will see in next episodes.
where did you go to be able to watch this? everywhere i looked, it either costs money or didnt work.
